These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://reviveroofingandsidingllc.com/ and any pages, forms, content, tools, features, or community-program applications operated by Revive Roofing & Siding LLC (“Revive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. About Revive Roofing & Siding LLC
Revive provides roofing, siding, gutter, exterior improvement, inspection, repair, maintenance, and related services primarily in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Information on this website is intended to describe our company, services, projects, financing resources, community initiatives, and general exterior-maintenance topics.
2. Website Terms Are Not a Construction Contract
These Terms govern use of the website only.
They do not replace, modify, or override any separately signed:
- Construction or home improvement contract
- Project proposal
- Scope of work
- Change order
- Payment schedule
- Financing agreement
- Manufacturer warranty
- Workmanship warranty
- Community-program agreement
- Media release
- Other written agreement
Roofing, siding, gutter, deck, repair, or construction work will be governed by the applicable written proposal or contract executed by Revive and the customer.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls regarding that project.
Nothing on this website replaces a written home improvement contract required by applicable law.
3. Estimates, Quotes, and Consultation Requests
Submitting a website form, requesting an estimate, scheduling an inspection, calling Revive, or communicating with us does not create a construction contract or require either party to proceed with a project.
Website estimates, instant estimates, price ranges, financing examples, preliminary assessments, and other cost information are informational and nonbinding unless expressly included in a written proposal issued by Revive.
Final pricing may depend on factors such as:
- Property conditions
- Measurements
- Material selection and availability
- Structural damage
- Sheathing or decking conditions
- Building codes
- Permits
- Labor requirements
- Disposal requirements
- Weather
- Access limitations
- Insurance scope
- Changes requested by the customer
- Conditions discovered after work begins
A project becomes binding only when the required written agreement is signed and any required deposit or initial payment is received.
4. No Guarantee of Availability or Response Time
Submitting a form does not guarantee that Revive will accept a project, provide a specific service, respond within a particular period, or be available in a requested location.
Online forms and email accounts may not be monitored continuously. Do not rely on the website to report an immediate threat to personal safety or an emergency requiring police, fire, medical, utility, or emergency-management assistance.
5. Services, Warranties, and Certifications
Descriptions of services, materials, installation systems, certifications, badges, awards, and warranties are provided for general informational purposes.
Certifications, manufacturer programs, product availability, warranty terms, and contractor credentials may change. Eligibility for a particular manufacturer warranty may depend on the selected product, installation system, registration requirements, property type, project agreement, and manufacturer rules.
Only the warranty terms contained in the applicable signed agreement and official manufacturer documents apply to a specific project.
Statements on the website do not independently create or extend a warranty.
6. Financing and Hearth
The website contains links to financing and prequalification services provided by Hearth and its lending partners.
Revive is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or financial advisor. Revive does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Prequalification
- Interest rates
- Annual percentage rates
- Loan amounts
- Promotional financing
- Repayment terms
- Fees
- Funding dates
Financing products are subject to Hearth’s terms, lender requirements, credit approval, availability, and applicable law.
When you follow a Hearth link, you leave Revive’s website and interact directly with Hearth or its partners.

7. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, seasonal bonuses, referral incentives, free-product offers, financing promotions, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, exclusions, deadlines, geographic restrictions, material limitations, and separate written terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Offers have no cash value
- Availability is not guaranteed
- Financing approval is not guaranteed
- Offers may apply only to qualifying projects
- Additional work or materials may not be included
- Revive may correct errors or withdraw an offer before a qualifying agreement is signed
A promotional statement on the website does not create a contractual right unless included in the customer’s written agreement.
8. Building Blessings Project
The Building Blessings Project is a community initiative administered by Revive, potentially in cooperation with Living Stones United and other program partners.
Submitting an application:
- Does not guarantee eligibility
- Does not guarantee selection
- Does not create a contract
- Does not guarantee full or partial repairs
- Does not require Revive or its partners to perform work
- Does not create an employment, agency, or beneficiary relationship
Applicants must provide information that is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith. Applicants must have authority to provide information, photographs, and documents concerning the property and household.
Applications may be evaluated based on demonstrated need, property ownership, service-area eligibility, safety concerns, project feasibility, available labor and materials, funding, scheduling, and other legitimate program considerations.
Revive and its program partners may:
- Verify information provided in an application
- Request additional documentation
- Inspect the property with permission
- Contact applicants or references
- Reject incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or ineligible applications
- Determine the scope of any approved project
- Modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel a program cycle when reasonably necessary
No purchase is necessary to apply. Applicants may not pay anyone to influence the selection process.
Application photographs and hardship documents are used for evaluation and program administration. Their submission alone does not authorize public publication. Promotional use of an applicant’s story, likeness, or project photographs will be governed by applicable program terms or a separate authorization or media release.
Specific Building Blessings rules or application terms control if they conflict with this general section.
9. Referral Program
Participation in a Revive referral program may be subject to separate program rules, eligibility requirements, payment conditions, exclusions, verification procedures, and tax obligations.
A referral does not guarantee that:
- Revive will accept the referred project
- The referred person will sign a contract
- The project will qualify for a reward
- A reward will be issued before contractual and payment conditions are satisfied
Separate referral-program terms control over this section when applicable.
10. Website Content Is General Information
Blog posts, checklists, comparisons, videos, photographs, maintenance recommendations, insurance discussions, material comparisons, and other website content are general information.
They are not a substitute for:
- An on-site inspection
- Engineering advice
- Architectural advice
- Legal advice
- Insurance advice
- Tax advice
- Financial advice
- A professional evaluation of a specific property
Roof and exterior conditions vary. Do not make structural, safety, insurance, purchasing, or repair decisions solely from website content.
Revive does not guarantee that general information will apply to every property, code jurisdiction, insurance policy, material system, or factual situation.
11. Insurance-Related Information
Any website content discussing storm damage, insurance coverage, deductibles, depreciation, matching, code upgrades, or claim procedures is general information only.
Revive is not an insurance company, public adjuster, attorney, or claims representative unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Coverage decisions are made by insurers according to policy language, exclusions, endorsements, evidence, applicable law, and claim-specific facts.
Customers should direct coverage questions to their insurer, licensed insurance professional, public adjuster, or attorney.
12. Testimonials, Reviews, and Project Images
Testimonials and reviews reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them. Individual experiences may vary.
Project photographs may illustrate prior work, materials, design choices, or construction conditions. They do not guarantee that another property will receive identical results, pricing, materials, timing, or appearance.
Reviews displayed through Google, Yelp, BBB, HomeAdvisor, Trustindex, or another platform may also be governed by that platform’s rules.
Any material relationship connected to a testimonial or endorsement will be disclosed where required by law.
13. Third-Party Products, Trademarks, and Tools
The website may reference or display products, certifications, trademarks, logos, widgets, and content associated with third parties, including:
- Owens Corning

Third-party names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party products or programs do not give Revive ownership of those brands and do not expand any manufacturer warranty, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the actual relationship in effect.
Third-party tools, visualizers, maps, reviews, videos, and links are provided for convenience. Revive does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or content.

For comments, reviews, testimonials, or content intentionally submitted for public display, you grant Revive a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for the purpose for which it was submitted.
This public-content license does not apply to confidential estimate requests, private communications, Building Blessings hardship documents, or application materials submitted only for evaluation.
We may remove or decline to publish user content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or legitimate moderation standards.

When you contact Revive electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your inquiry, estimate, application, referral, appointment, project, or requested service.
Electronic communications may include email, telephone calls, or text messages where permitted by law.
Submitting a telephone number does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional text messages when separate consent is legally required.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to your email or telephone account.

We attempt to maintain accurate and useful website information, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be:
- Available

We may modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue website content or features without prior notice.
Errors in descriptions, links, pricing examples, promotions, dates, grammar, images, or technical content may be corrected when identified.
20. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Revive disclaims implied warranties relating solely to use of the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
This disclaimer does not eliminate warranties or obligations expressly included in a signed project agreement and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from:
- Use or inability to use the website
- Reliance on general website content
- Third-party websites or tools
- Unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Website interruptions, technical failures, or malicious activity
This limitation does not apply to obligations under a signed construction agreement, enforceable warranty, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:
- Your unlawful misuse of the website
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you submit without proper rights or authorization
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Revive for Revive’s own unlawful conduct.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional requirements, disputes concerning use of the website may be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction in New Hampshire.
These Terms do not waive non-excludable rights available to consumers under New Hampshire, Massachusetts, federal, or other applicable law.
Service-related disputes may be governed by the dispute provisions contained in the applicable signed project agreement.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these website Terms do not retroactively modify a signed project agreement.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
26. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
